When I Started:
Jun, 2004
How I Started:
Well I was on football and volleyball so I just wanted to keep my health up. I started seriously working out 4-6 days a week about a yr ago and haven't looked back since.
Why I Love It:
For me it is a way to free my mind and try to better myself. It is a constructive hobby/lifestyle that allows me to reduce stress and throw some heavy weights around.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just keep reminding myself of the way that I used to look and how it felt to be overweight. That pisses me off.
BB Accomplishments:
During my second semester and summer I lost 40 pounds and finally am building the body I dream of. Since then I have gained about 10 lbs on lean muscle mass and after my current clean bulk I will be going on a cut.

I want to gain lean muscle and lose excess body fat.
Goal (Long):
Basically for all of my life I've been a little big. I was never really overweight but enough so that I never wanted to take my shirt off. After my spring/summer cut (-40 lbs) I am looking to gain muscle before I go on another cut to get rid of my excess body fat. I would like to also increase my bench to 235 hopefully by next year.
OK so before I get into how I am currently doing, I figure I'm gonna tell a little about myself, even though no one is probably reading this. Ever since I can remember, I was always big. I was drastically overweight, but enough so that I never took my shirt off in front of other people and to...
Nice back shot dude!! I see your from Illinois and that your a Cubs fan. I'm new to this site and just wanted to stop by and say keep up the good work man.
Very welcome and certainly well deserved by you. Stay motivated and keep training. Little excess BF gained can easily be gotten rid of when cutting and some cardio. Enjoy the ride to your goals. Andre
