Background

When I Started: Jun 2004
HOW I STARTED:

Well I was on football and volleyball so I just wanted to keep my health up. I started seriously working out 4-6 days a week about a yr ago and haven't looked back since.

WHY I LOVE IT:

For me it is a way to free my mind and try to better myself. It is a constructive hobby/lifestyle that allows me to reduce stress and throw some heavy weights around.

My story

OK so before I get into how I am currently doing, I figure I'm gonna tell a little about myself, even though no one is probably reading this. Ever since I can remember, I was always big. I was drastically overweight, but enough so that I never took my shirt off in front of other people and to this day I still don't. So last year I decided to do something about it. Over my spring semester at school and the summer, I lost a total of 40 lbs (I was at 195).
