How I Started:
I actually started working out in High School. I have been consistent until injury forces me to give it a rest for awhile. I recently had a shoulder slap repair, and I was out of the game for about 5 months. I started back slowly and now I'm back to where I was before the injury. I may have injured my shoulder again, I have a lot of dull aching pain coming from deep inside exactly where I tore it the last time. Im hoping and praying that I dont have to have another surgery. It's very discouraging to have to take another whole year just to get back to were i left off.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself, and others notice when you are in shape. I love setting goals for myself with my body, and the weights I'm lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
I never take for granted being able to work out. I have had numerous injuries, ( 2 shoulder surgeries, maybe another on the way, 2 broken wrists, and a hiatal hernia.) I hate getting injured and having the setbacks. I look at it as you are only on this earth for so long,make the most of it. You never know when something you love is going to be taken away.

Actually I had for 2 years..I am doing my 1st bulk now , for the next 13 weeks, I am on week 3 now and loving the shock to my body..19 lbs in 20 days..
