when i was young i was always in good shape...no matter what i ate or did. at around 24/25 years old i started getting soft. midway through 26 i decided to stay true to my promise of doing something about it if i ever got out of shape. now here i am at 27 in the best shape of my life!
Why I Love It:
i feel healthier than i ever have. i feel better about my looks. i feel more productive. the sex is better. i like working out. and i don't feel old.
How I Stay Motivated:
i don't really need motivation anymore. i can't wait to get to the gym every day...and my body tells me when it's time to eat every few hours. life is good!
BB Accomplishments:
i don't wanna be a bodybuilder. just wanna keep healthy and look good.

What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?

oatmeal raisin cookies w/ whole wheat flour and splenda instead of sugar.
get some peanut butter on a spoon, take a bite of a banana and eat a little bit of peanut butter with each bite.
