Overall Goal: To not just find a quick fix or lose weight temporarily - but to make a lifelong change in my health and fitness and to start a lifetime change of eating and exercise habits!
Fit Status:
I am very motivated right now! I just wish my work wasn't so demanding - its hard to get in the gym as much as I need to.
It provides a constant goal and constant positivity. Healthy living, healthy eating, and taking care of your body are the greatest things anyone can do for themselves.
How I Stay Motivated:
Think about the first impressions I make on people through my appearance, Think about being healthy and living a longer, fuller life.

Goal (Long):
I want to be able to fit into all my wonderful Medium dress shirts I bought years ago. And I want to be able to fit into all my pants I used to love. I'll do it!
I'll see everyone at the Arnold Classic! I can't wait to get there! Its gonna be very motivating and inspirational to be around people who actually care about how they look. I can't wait!
Getting time from work to get your fitness done can be difficult sometimes. Even if you take some time to walk a few flights of stairs or jog in the parking lot it helps. Best wishes.
