To transform my body into a lean, mean, and well tuned machine. I want to obtain a well sculpted and weighted body and maintain that throughout my life.
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to get in better shape but since I was still within the "average stats" for my body type and age I never had an urgency to get fit.
First and foremost I always wanted to see what my abs actually look like, instead of trying to stretch my skin and sucking in my gut. Being able to see my abs, all 6 of them, will be the most encouraging first milestone to my fitness which should take me 3-6 months.
Beyond that I would like to "sculpt" my body as great renaissance artists sculpted male figure statues. Well proportioned, muscular, strong, fit, and healthy. But that is for the long term and I know that I cannot even start "sculpting" unless I have the weight and mass to do it with! Therefore I plan to gain as much weight as I can with the help of a weight gaining supplement and a high protein diet in the next couple months. From there I will try to maintain a weight of around 180Lbs without the help of a high calori supplement and begin "sculpting" by working toward a 7% bodyfat and fine tuning my workout/diet to attain my ideal body. I plan to achieve this within 1.5 to 2 years.
