Lean cuisine + chicken breast interchangeable except after 6PM b/c it has carbs. I also substitute with shredded chicken breast in 1 whole scrambled egg sometimes. I should probably switch to using just egg whites but oh well I'm not anal enough. 9AM:32g oatmeal ~120cals + tsp glutamine + nutrasea fish oil, 2 tyrosine, 2 forever lean
11:30AM Syntha 6 protein shake ~200cals
1:30PM: 1/4 of lean cuisine frozen dinner ~140cals
2PM: 2 forever lean

Jessica Biel, because she's not too skinny and cannot be snapped in half.
Jamie Eason MAYBE.... a bit too muscular in my opinion.
My body is begging me to rest. So is my mind... Luckily next week is reading break so I can relax a bit. I am a bit worried about my workouts though. I will have a facility (better than the one I go to now) but my worry is about my motivation and how hard I will work out.
