Started "Shortcut to Shred" Monday, December 8th, 2014. My Goal is to be @ 7.5% by this summer. I'm lifting, eating, and supplementing as outlined in the plan. I'm also still training at CrossFit as well.
To maintain and exceed my current level of athletic and functional fitness in my 50s and beyond, while motivating and inspiring all to reach their personal best level of fitness! I still want to find some competitive outlets in the next year as well!
