Hey kris i am in week 12 of your hardcore daily trainer it was an amazing experience, and my third time doing it. How ever this time i was more strict with my diet and got into the best shape of my life. This led to me now having my first competition June 29. I wanted to ask should i go back to week 7 again and follow through it until contest day. Also should i still be going low carb and low fats with no sugar in my diet ? I would love some help and thanks again !
Ah man, you gotta get in front of people in a thong and practice some, that's when you're going to get nervous and you don't want to do it on stage. And do it in front of your friends and folks that "will" give you a hard time, so that way you'll be less nervous when you hit stage. You know what I mean?
