I think that there should be a nutrition and a supplement chart or something to track calories and nutrient intake. That would make this top tier!

Thank you chasd60 I don't deserve it. I never in a million would think that I would be an inspiration to someone in bodybuilding I do care about my friends that I have made on Body Space. I am certainly no expert in this area. I am just a fat old man trying to get fit. I am honored that you chose me.

1st goal of 26% body fat obtained according to U.S. Army Standards. Now at 25% and my second goal is 20% body fat.
