Awesome to hear! Once you start building muscle your body burns more fat and it will slowly start to burn off more and more. It probably took about 8 weeks before I really noticed changes and now it's been 2.5 years since. Stay strong, keep up the hard work!!

Thats VERY normal! For women the scale may not move for months. If your diet and lifting is on track you'll be gaining muscle which will be under the fat so for my the scale actually went up for a while...
My absolute favorite is probably legs, then back, shoulders, abs, then arms. However, legs could be a love/hate relationship bc I try to kill the sh*t out of them! Chest probably my least favorite, but I do get to them once a week.
