Don't be sad! Just getting there was HUGE!! I'm proud of you! Had to be awesome to see all those other athletes there too! Just keep pushing! Things are good here! Just traveling all over the country, and finding new gyms to work out in each week. I could use a little break, to get back to my box though. Haven't been there in over a month!

I was thin growing up and the hardest part about putting on mass is eating bigger than you lift...you also need to really try to set PRs every time you train. Your primary lifts must be heavy squats, deadlifts, over head press, and bench. Try Wendler's 5/3/1 and force down more calories and protein.

Thanks for the tip but that's my problem I'm not a very big eater and most meats I won't eat so I have to supplement biggest part of my protein bc I don't get hardly any protein in my diet. It just seems like I can't gain weight or much muscle no matter what I eat.
