Congrats on your commitment to your health- I'm always at my gym, but I don't follow the diet as strictly as I should. Let me just let you know now it is 85% diet- you simply can't outrun your spoon lol! Here's wishing us both luck this year!
I am totally on board with your nutrition philosophy and follow something similar. I was just wondering if you could give me an example of what your carb refeed looks like? Like what kind of carbs do you ingest? Do you keep it clean and eat things like sweet potato and oatmeal? Also, how long does the carb refeed last? As in how many meals do you eat carb-rich foods? Thanks so so much!
