It's a lifestyle change that gives you 75% of the results you are looking for, and the most difficult to fully implement!
Most definitely!! It's all about motivation, the hardest part sometimes is just getting there lol That's why I like to get there for 5:15am, before I have a chance to talk myself out of it. On my way to the gym for some serious legs. Cheers!
