Hey bro, I'm actually a firm believer in ignoring the clean vs. dirty foods. I hate those terms. Calories are calories, carbs are carbs, and so forth. I follow a flexible diet all year round. I track my macros and micros everyday and make sure im getting my daily fibre requirements. It's a numbers game to me - I eat 90% whole foods which i enjoy and the rest are filled up with foods that I love. As long as you hit your daily targets, the "dieting" possibilities are endless!
I am doing the 6 week CelluCor Challenge...to shred up and lose some fat...so far I have hit it hard this week...running 3.5miles a day and heavy lifting. I am sooooo sore I can hardly move...lol. thank you for the nice words :) you look great, btw...keep up the hard work!:)
The public accesses on our lake are all foot only so essentially it's a private lake. Which is nice in a way. Even if you don't know everyone's name you "know" everyone.... "they are from the blue cabin with the with railing" or "they have the yellow sunfish"
