How I Started:
I've always been athletic. I got into weight training about 10 years ago while in college but since then I have been going on and off
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling that I get after a workout and knowing that I am improving my body's ability to perform regular activities and other things like sports.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by just looking at the pros and knowing that if I keep working out, i could reach a point that I'm happy with my body.

I had to take about 3 weeks off from training for job requirements. I finally got a chance to get back in the gym this morning. It felt great. I feel like I lost so much from the progress that I had made over the last three months. Hopefully I will not have to miss that much training time in...
