This is from when I first wanted to loose weight. After over a year, undedicated training has led to only minor strength gains.
Just a biceps pose. This doesn't show much progress really, just that I think that I look a little better than before. Maybe my self-confidence is just improving. I'd like to see a bit more change in the next 2 months.
Since I started Middle School I have been the unathletic kid. The one who would play sports but not enjoy them. Although I am overweight, I never considered myself the fat kid.
So I had an idea that I would try cutting for a while, but it really hasn't been working. I have been losing fat, gaining muscle, but my weight still goes up. My bodyfat continues to drop, but it is no-where near the area where if I gain some muscle that it is going to show up. This is...
hey, yea i know... i gotta update it. i haven't been lifting for awhile (other sports that i'm in take up time). this summer will be constant training though so more updates will happen then.

Body does need a good diet along with solid training but also looks like it wouldn't take long to change it either. PLUS you like swimming. Great exercise for legs, arms shoulders and lats. Just stay motivated, keep the short term goals attainable so feel better each time U achieve them. Makes you stay +. Keep us updated. Andre
