Drop a serious amount of bodyfat, and put on some serious muscle .
Goal (Long):
I want to lose most of my bodyfat from my chest and waist. I'm pretty sure I have the chest fat disease - however you spell it. I want to have a big, bulky chest, not flabby. Bigger arms and shoulders, coupled with a 32-34 size waist. That will take a long time and lots of dedication, but I am willing to go for a complete transformation.
He is one of the few taller bodybuilders that gives me hope for myself. As well as his work ethic, his attitude in general is positive and motivational for a beginner like me to look up to.
None that really worked for me yet, I want to try Mitotropin

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I had an aneurism from incline dumbbell curls, I wasn't breathing while I was on the positive portion of the lift, and went too heavy, causing my head to hurt insanely bad. I had severe headaches for about 2-3 weeks. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not enough practice on good technique. People, mainly guys, tend to get their egos in the way of lifting, and lift way too heavy without training up to that point. It's pretty common in younger guys though, and I've experienced myself so I know. Haha. Not enough practice on good technique.
