How I Started:
I have been working out sporadically for the last 6 years, but never enough to make a significant life change. I plan on starting this time and keeping it up.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes feel good, I have lots of more energy; and I love seeing the changes my body goes through from the work I put in.
How I Stay Motivated:
going into the gym everday and seeing people just like me working out day in and day out keeps me motivated.
This was taken on my honeymoon in 2007. I look at this pic and cringe. I didn't realize how much weight I had gained at the time. This was also 2 weeks prior to joining the air force and going to training. I never want to look like this again.
This was taken right after I got back home from Iraq, and 6 months of training everyday, lost about 25lbs. Still needs lots of work, but best shape of my life so far.
