How I Started:
My cousin was 2 years older than me and was lifting wieghts. I was a small skinny kid with no confidence in myself. My cousin invited me over during summer vacation to start lifting and been involved off and on the rest of my life. Until the past 2 years where I decided to step it up.
Why I Love It:
It is a drug that you get hooked on and I love the feeling after you finish a hard set.
How I Stay Motivated:
My buddy who lifts with me. We challenge each other.

Going from a skinny 125lb no muscle tone senior 10 years ago to 165 lb with some muscle tone.

Hey man, just joined few days ago and your physique is unbelievable. I always wanted to be around 200lbs. I thought that, that was a reasonable wieght to be called big. I way 165-170 and was getting discouraged because it aint easy to gain that much wieght and I thought I was never going to get there. Then I saw your picture and saw that your at 180lbs and damn Thanks to You tommorrow in the gym is going to be awsome. Thanks for the inspiration.
