This is a quick full body routine:
Warm-up: jog, stop and do pop-squats; jog and do slanted jumping lunges, repeat
DB Press w/twist 3X15
SS Bear Crawl w/pop squats
Alternating DB Press
SS Push-up Flye (works a bit of the delts too)
Half moon curl
Mule Tricep Kickbacks w/twist
Mt. Climbers
Front shldr raise w/pull back
ss shldr press w/underhand grip
hyperextensions w/partner throwing medicine ball
Add 3 different ab routines |
