I started weight training in high school. A few years later I began to better understand bodybuilding. My gains really improved from reading and learning more about fitness.
Why I Love It:
I love the results and the positive comments that I get from people. I also love talking about training and helping other people with their fitness goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results of hard training keeps me motivated.
Why I like this video: This video shows some perfect squats. They guy goes up to 475 without changing his form. I've watched this many times to try and copy it.
