I began weight training to put on some more size and become stronger. My dad was always into working out and lifting weights, so I owe a lot to him for getting me started.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge and the sense of accomplishment that I get at the end of a hard workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just love to train, so if I feel well enough to go to the gym then I will be there.

Why I like this video: This video shows some perfect squats. They guy goes up to 475 without changing his form. I've watched this many times to try and copy it.
