Go hard as I morph!
My philosphy when it comes to working out is one I would call ever-evolving. The headline to this philosphy is appropriate in that now, more than ever, this is my mantra when I enter the gym. Go hard, or go home. Just when you feel like you're tapping out, keep going (using common-sense of course).
The evolutionary tenet of my philosophy centers around the idea that there is always room for improvement (i.e. beneficial change, thus the idea of "morphing". At this point in my workouts, I've got plenty of room for growth and development both physically and spiritually. Nutition, supplementation and good old fashioned dedication and hard work are what I believe will propel me to the next dimension as I seek to carve out the phsique that will please me.
