How I Started:
Being an advanced swimmer my junior year in highschool, I decided to tone down on the intenisty of swimming after my senior season ending and gain some size and strength for water polo season.
Why I Love It:
I love being able to do more sets or more reps of higher weights than normal people, but I also enjoy answering people's questions about weight training and nutrition I tend to follow to help progress them. Plus the feeling after a great workout, nothing beats it!
How I Stay Motivated:
Being more overweight growing up is a constant reminder and you could probably say that I'm almost "afraid" of returning to that state of body and just the overall unpleasantry that came along with being overweight.

Hi there!first of all you are awesome ever! I am 17 years old. you no what, u r similar to me because I used to be fat like you. I am just wondering do you have any problem about skin sacking, like lower chest (nipple area) and abs? urs seem to be fine..but mine isn't, any tips getting rid of it? Also, i feel that my skin is sort of thick and stretchy on upper area. My body is about you, muscular. i am also a swimmer in my school team.

I understand. I mean everyone has "abs" but its the fat covering it up. That's my problem.... I KNOW I have well developed abs because I work them a lot and I have for years, but the little bit of fat is still keeping them from showing more. I don't really want the full out 6-pack showing because I'm not going for that kinda look, but I definitely want them a little more defined.
So I was looking at ur pictures and I'm trying to figure out if this is true.. you mean to tell me from Jan. 2nd 2009 you went from look like that pic to looking like the pic from Feb. 5th 2009? WOW, one month. Good work! :-)
