Background
Being an advanced swimmer my junior year in highschool, I decided to tone down on the intenisty of swimming after my senior season ending and gain some size and strength for water polo season.
I love being able to do more sets or more reps of higher weights than normal people, but I also enjoy answering people's questions about weight training and nutrition I tend to follow to help progress them. Plus the feeling after a great workout, nothing beats it!
