How I Started:
Well the reason I got started was first off I was just tired of being fat. Had a lot of chronic problems. Back/Knee/Chest pains. Weighing at 250 lbs. isn't the best feeling in the world. Second, I was tired of regretting not doing something in the past.
Why I Love It:
I love this sport now because I SEE RESULTS!!! :D I feel awesome!confident!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my old pictures aiming never to look like my old self again.
BB Accomplishments:
I entered my first show 5/5/07 coming down from 28% body fat to 5% bodyfat. -another phase. trying to take my body to the next level.

Got sick! I don't know if it's just a bug goin around. But people say they got sick after takin' similar supplements like this. Pretty suprised at the gym though. Despite me feeling sick I was suprised my strength was still up. I guess this stuff is working...

Sup Anthony, I finally have the weight I desire. 242lbs. Now, I plan to lean up. Any suggestions. I am taking Lipo6x-I cut out white sugar, salt and flour. I have increased my protein to 300grams, BCAA, and Lglutamine. 3x a week I am doing Interval at 15incline and speed at 4.7 for 30to 45minutes. I lift Monday-Thursday. Any suggestions?

Hey, man...lookin sick on stage!! Have you tried Nzero from ********. I see you tried P6 black. Let me know if you might be interested in trying some. Ill send you a weeks worth. It basically is designed to stay lean and mean...while maximizing lean gains without creatine.
