How I Started:
Ever since i can remember i've had a weight set in my house. My dad used to bodybuild/strongman when he was in his 20's and i guess i just got the love of moving weight from him.
Why I Love It:
No better feeling than after a good workout.

By looking up to other people that are bigger/stronger.

well wat i do now is major muscle group workouts like:
monday-back
tuesday-ch est
wednesday-legs
thursday- off
friday-shoulders,bis,n tris,
saturday-legs

thats my new workout i been doin for about a week,, works pretty good
weightwise im at 205ish rite now tryin to get to 220 by may, i duno if ill get there or not
well before i got hurt i was benchin 380, but i know rite now im probably around 340-350,
but i mean im not playin football anymore so im not really focusing on strength just building muscle and the strength just comes with it, but like i said its not my focus anymore like it used to be, but i should hoepfully hit 400 by summertime
