When I Started:
Apr, 2007
How I Started:
I stopped lifting in the middle of 2006 because I had reconstructive knee surgery. I was real sketchy about lifting legs hard so all did was tone my up upper body and take it easy on my knee. I finaly got the balls at the end of April(07) to start lifting like I have in the past. I am back up around 205lbs now and I just switch my work out to arnold level 2 work out. Its pretty hard and exhausting but I hope to see much improvement on my lifts and my body.
Why I Love It:
I just love the fact that can torment my body and see results. I love to feal exhausted at the end of day. I like the fact that I slamed my body at work then the gym and I am sore the next day. I guess I am a weirdo like that
How I Stay Motivated:
Some days I really have force myself to do and other times I cant, I just try to imagine what I want to look like then I force myself to walk over to the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
2003 sr year high school i beet the school record for hang clean 270lbs! March 2006 a skinny yet toned body.
Well i dont know what it is but latly i have not been able to get motivated for the life of me. usually when this happens i just take a a few days off. i think i am going to take 5 days off and hit the iron hard when i return. hopefully this will regenerize me. i will still eat healthy though.
yeah ive been good thanks aaron been doing good on the weight loss orm going down a bit but not worried been doing alot of drop sets on my w outs.
i do gvt once a year for 4 weeks good shock for the system during the winter then back in to heavy lifts doing sets of 6 reps for all body parts apart from calves and traps which i do sets of 20 to 30 which ive found work better for those body parts for me.
have you started increasing on the weight for your gvt yet.
That sounds really awesome!!!! And no mine are all over a year old or more ... Planning on a new one of 3 black and white roses with red tips coming up my hip and side.
