How I Started:
I began exercising once I noticed that an every day task such as walking up the stairs made me short of breath but I consider the will power came after atteding a funeral of older cousin of mine whom died of a heart attack due to obesity. So I told myself I did not want at a young age as he did! So inorder to conquer my goal I asked my father to sign me up for a gym but its kinda hard being 295lbs and not being embarrassed by your weight so soon after I received my own exercise equipment and began working out at home which worked out great.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out mainly because it make makes me feel better about myself AND IT IS MY ONLY ESCAPE OF STRESS

by never being satisfied

Nothing really I started adding abs daily into my workout but through researching the forums, I found that all you can really do is work them so that they grow thenjsut keep dropping BF and eventually they will show.
