How I Started:
I started working out as part of playing football. Now, I have incorpated training into my everyday routine.
Why I Love It:
I workout to relieve stress. I love that exhausted feeling after a hard workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love reading all the stories of transformation. Then I think, why not me.

No..but thank you.. :) !! I get told all the time I need to compete...just haven't gone that direction. I should...I'm in the gym 7 days /week...and 4-5 of those days are twice/day!
