Whats going on bruh read your blog....have you ever tried the sauna or steam room after you work out it usually helps relax me and loosen up after I work out....Better yet for motivation you got an ipod or something when I have to do the cardio thing I put on some motivational music and i go.......try that one!!!! GOod Luck

I think you are doing great & if you are looking to drop even more bodyfat and get into excellent shape I suggest you check out Body for Life. It is a 12-week body transformation program that gives you a great nutrition plan as well as weightlifting and cardio routines. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. Let us know if you would like more info.

Still here, just really busy with training & trying to surprise my husband with a new motorcycle - Can-am Spyder, heard of it? I spent so much on my trainer its the least I can do for him. Thanks for keeping in touch, hope all is well with you.
