Happy Thanksgiving to all the Canadians out there!

Things are going well with my workouts.  Made some good strength and mass gains and hope that it continues.  Diet is not perfect but I do what I can :)  Hopefully put up some more progress pics in a month or so.

Bonjour achtungbaby =) Un vrai "Nouveau-Brunswickan (je ne connais pas l'adjectif pour des gens qui viennent de votre province ^^)" mais je sais que la votre est la seule qui est officiellement bilingue au Canada et j'adore le francais. J'espere que mon progres s'envolera quand je serai au Quebec parce que je veux y vivre et je trouve que les Canadiens savent tres bien s'entrainer. bonne continuation ! Christopher
