lol to be honest im not sure. i mean i used to do that..3 shakes a day, 3 meals a day. for some reason though I just can't seem to put the weight on. not sure why. how big are the meals you eat? are they big?

Yeah and it also helps to encourage others to reach goals and see results like you have man. I dont know if i'll ever be a beast like you but some where in the general area. LOL keep the lifiting up man.
