When I Started: Aug, 2006
How I Started: I loved the feeling of the pump, ever since i was 7 and started playing football (soccer). I started proper weight training in my first year of university, im now in 3rd year.
Why I Love It: As above lol. Getting pumped, seeing my muscles flood with blood and expanding. Leaving the gym with my shirt stretching and knowing that ill be back to lift even more iron.
How I Stay Motivated: Pic ratings and comments :) so please, give us some constructive criticism when u check out my photos, that would be much appreciated :)

Food was as follows:

1 powerfull and 3 xpand caplets + 30mins later, 1 serving of dymatize elite oats n more (34g protein - 29g carbs)

1 blueberry muffin -

inner motivation is all i need just need to respark it and start doing some more research and reading up on posing and training usually does the trick for me! i've been pretty sick with this damn flu which has not helped but im back on the mend now

I'm a little hung over today, actually.. I went on a two day drinking binge and didn't sleep until last night finally.. so my brain is a little slow today but after my birthday, I'm quitting drinking totally.
