hmm...
I'm no nutritionist, nor am I a health freak. I'm just a skinny dude trying to gain some major mass and I know I'm not alone..
I would say I eat pretty healthy, barely any soda/sweets. I pretty much get a good part of each section of the food pyramid in my daily meals. Consuming well over 3k calories a day. Eating 4-5 meals a day and 2 weight gainer shakes with milk before and after workouts.
Pretty much eating everything I can, as much as I can, but not eating to the point where my stomach is gouging out. Instead just until im pretty damn full.
Its quite challenging to constantly have to eat and stay on top of meals because I am still in that damn fast metabolism phase. Also in my case a matter of not being lazy to make/prepare food. On top of eating the major meals everyday I try to buy the quick n easy foods to eat to add throughout my day. For example, bagels, muffins, pb&j sandwiches, some microwave food even though they arent really good for you, but like I said I'm no health freak but I do like to stay fit. I try to constantly grab a snack or something every 2-3 hours; fruits, snacks whatevers iono thats what I do and we'll see where it takes me.
