i got started my junior year in high school. i was always the "little one" until one day i got tired of being the little one so i joined the gym. its been aprox. 1 1/2 years and im proud to say im not the little one anymore.

i love working out because its an awsome way to challenge myself.

i go to the porkys in hialeah,right now im not training due to injury from the gym,i think im healed already so i should start again in a couple of days again...i will hit the gym hard like a animal,nice to meet you acevedo,so does your gym have a lot of CHICKS ?
well, one thing i think that gives me good results are using a lot of dumbbells. when i train arms, i use mostly dumbbells and maybe have one or two exercises with barbells. when i train arms, i always train triceps first because that is the biggest muscle on your arm and you want to give it a lot attention, but mainly try to use more dumbbells. also, make sure you get your daily amount of protein everyday.
