HOW I STARTED:

i started working out because ive always been so self conscience about my overall body appearance. i originally started in high school during gym class and from there i have been hooked but unfortunaley i would only stay committed for a couple weeks/ months at a time. some other sidebars are that i have a super fast metabolisim, im really lazy when it comes to eating the proper nutrition and my biggest problem was when i went to the gym, i didnt feel like i was seeing results and was always to busy looking at everyone else who did.

WHY I LOVE IT:

i love working out because it gives you an awesome feeling afterwards.
