How I Started:
I took a pic of myself in my boxers and bra and compared it to the pics of me from college playing ball and was upset to say the least. After that pic, there is no tearing me away from the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding and workingout because i have noticed the diffrence in my energy level as well as a little diffrence in my look. I am able to do more things then I was able to do before.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by getting on bodybuilders.com and looking at the transformations, of others who started with more weight then me and look amazing.
BB Accomplishments:
I am just getting started I have not accomplished anything yet.
Transform my body into a pic. of physical health, and lift heavy weight with ease. Finally the most important reason for my transformation is my self esteem, it has goten really low since I have gained weight.
I recommend this program for great results. I was able to lose over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the 12-week Body for Life program.
