12 week challenge

Hello everyone his is my first blog! 2009 is a very busy year for me as I will be doing my own 12 week challenge! My aim? To be the sexiest 40 year old male on the planet! Can I do it? You bet I can! Especially with my PT Danielle pushing me all the way! I am in full bodybuilding mode and will take any challenge/competition that comes along! I am also getting right into triathlon/tennis/kickboxing/swimming and oztag! Will be very busy but hope to stay focused! ook out for the sexier man coming soon!
