couldnt stand to look at myself anymore, gained to much, and needed to get back in shape and feel better about myself
Why I Love It:
i love to work out because of the energy i have now that im back in the gym, and i know i will love the way i look when i get where i want to be!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
staying motivated is realy hard right now. im feelinig a little discuriged because im only 4 weeks in and im not seeing a good change yet, but i just keep telling myself if i dont stick with it i will never see a change and that is like doing nothing and something is always better than nothing and that gets me up and on my way to the gym every day.
i'm feeling somewhat better, I was still up coughing last night. Oh well. I'm going to train anyway! What kind of training do you do for your back? It looks great!
