How I Started:
In shape all my life. Sports. Marine Corps. Personal trainer after that. A couple years ago, a co-worker said "hey you should compete". So I did. Hooked.
Why I Love It:
It's what I do for me. It's a great lifestyle. Keeps me focused. I love being different whether people admire you or just don't get it and think it's weird. I laugh and thank God I'm me and not them. Glad that I've got it figured out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Some days are easier than others. The strive to be better and knowing that it won't happen on it's own is pretty strong. My workout partner motivates me, my clients, my daughter, my family, my friends, and every fat person that walks by motivates me!
BB Accomplishments:
Oh ya know, a whole bunch of trophies, some 1st places, an over all, some swords, a pro card, blah blah blah... but nothing is better than being my daughter's champion. She thinks I look like a real super hero.

Since turning pro in July and then placing in the top ten at the Natural Olympia, my goal is to keep competing each year and improve every time, climb the ranks, and one day become Mr. Natural "O"!

hey bro wat's up? how many alomonds u eat in a day? for flat chest wat type of work out i shud do? eating lots of bananas increase body fats and shud i avoid eating them? is there any vegetarian food which has good amount of protein that u recommend for body building?
