That's good to hear that you are making progress, and besided you don't need a scale to tell you have great you have been doing! Keep up the good work!
Believing in yourself can at times be difficult, so what I encourage people to do is to set small, attainable goals so that they don't feel they have to climb the mountain in just one stage. Mt. Everest climbers do not get to the top in a single climb and it’s the same with fitness. This is a lifetime affair and the benefits are well worth the effort. Enjoy the journey and I look forward to seeing you have great results.
i know that's right. i love my curves too. i only want to tone everything up to make them pop. i'm over weight for my height as well. as long as i am healthy i don't see a problem.
I see you have lost almost 20lbs. Congrats. I noticed you did not have any progress pics. When you get to the weight that makes you happy, don't you want to remember where you started?
i wanted to tell you i think you look great already. of course what matters is what you think. congrats on the 15 pound lost, i will be following your footsteps.
No worries, I do not plan on giving up anytime!
Good to hear you are still at it and not planning on giving up anytime also!
Keep me posted on your progress and the family!
Glad to hear from you!Mental state plays a very important part in achieving the results you want.Focus on the good things and don't talk down to yourself.Know that you CAN succeed and completely cut out the word "can't" from your vocabulary.Be confident and determined!
