I shredded fat this summer. Now I'd like to gain 10 lbs.

Background
I lifted 6 days a week throughout high school, but had no one to tell me how to make the most of it. I quit at age 18 and got fat and lazy over the next decade. Then, at 29, my doctor told me I had to lose weight or go on blood pressure meds. Lifting is the only exercise I've ever enjoyed, so I picked it back up!
I love the intensity, the competition against my last workout, the results I see, and most of all, feeling healthy!
