I feel on that also. I feel sloppy when I take too much time off. My body don't feel as tight as I want it. It might just be mental. But I miss the feeling I put my body through when working out. Just finished my leg workout. I barely could walk down the stairs without holding the rail. By the way your booty is well deserving of the complement :). Terry

I am doing legs today. This will hurt. I love leg workout. I burn the most calories and trim more body fat when I do legs followed by cardio. Hope your leg workout was great. Terry

How are you doing? I have been getting back to doing my abs again. About 800 reps that last three days with cardio. Feeling them but seeing results. Hope you are well. Nice beach pic. Looking like a SI model.

I am so addictied to workout and exercising, when I do take a week off to recover and let my body heal, I feel that I am letting my body down. After about three days I feel I need to get back in the gym. Maybe I have a phobia of being out of shape and my body wont look good if I am out of the gym too long. Even on vacation, I have to stay at a hotel that has a gym, pool and cardio.

I have been sick for a couple of weeks. Feeling much better now. It delayed my training for the half marothon but now I am back on track. I use the Nike chip you put in your shoe to track my running miles. Doing about 5 to 7 miles every other day. Tredmill this week becuase of all the snow we had. Update you soon. Terry

Thank you. Unfortunately I train alone. I don't have too many friends who are as motivated as me when it comes to exercising. I love cardio. That is where you burn off the body fat and let all the muscle details come out

I feel you on the need to tale a break to fall back in love with training. I usually take a week off from training every 3 month. When I start back I give myself a entirely different workout routine. This is to break the routine cycle.
