Played basketball for cardio. Game sucked but conditioning is great. Not tired. Then did shoulders, biceps & triceps. Legs today.

Cardio Saturday fit good. one hour and 30 minutes of cardio.

Hit the legs hard yesterday. I could barely walk down the steps. I will feel the soreness tomorrow. Loving it.

Back at the gym yesterday after a 2 week battle with sickness. Felt weak but felt good to be in the gym.
