When I Started:
Sep, 1996
How I Started:
Back in 1992 during my Taekwondo training, a friend (who's a bodybuilder) introduced gym training to me. I loved it from first sight. After getting my Black Belt, I started a gym membership to do weight training to improve my overall strength. Years later, I had a knee injury which became an obstacle in continuing with Taekwondo. So, I decided to concentrate more on bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel good about myself. Being in shape is a great thing at my age. I like to stay healthy and good looking for my lovely wife.
How I Stay Motivated:
I watch lots of videos and read articles about bodybuilding techniques and workout schedule. I also make sure that I have a partner to workout with me in the gym. Otherwise, my energy drops down to almost 60%.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet. Never competed or thought about it really. I just like to do it for my own self. Also, my kids seem to love the way I'm progressing, which is the best accomplishment for me. They think I'm the strongest and biggest guy in their world.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Dennis Wolf for me.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Improper technique.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Nothing too serious. Lifting wrongly and too heavily. Wouldn't really quit training, but would def reduce the weights and stay away from the injured areas as much as possible.
Well.. It's been a while since I blogged anything. Been busy, didn't have time for the net much. But I decided to blog the end of my cut phase since it started back on March 1st, 2008. Had some ups and downs, but overall, I think I'm contempt with what I've achieved so far. I know it could...
ahh, not as good as you, lemme tell ya..been dealing with some nagging injuries, haven't been able to train with the intensity I'm used to..starting to feel good again, so I'm looking to pick things up a notch!

I am doing really good! getting into lifting 5 days a week (2 day split) seeing some solid physique changes pecs filling in both middle and upper ... abs firming up and belly fat going away . arms shoulders back all getting solid ... new pics up in a day or two .
oh wow man, that's discouraging.. 40 days?? work your way back in slow & steady man, don't go raging back in there and mess yourself up worse! i'm healing, slowly but surely. still able to make progress in my training on most things..
Thank you very much for the encouraging words. Yes it does feel great to be back in shape. You look solid bro I wish you the best in achieving your gains! Keep intouch!
