hey thats kool what made ya want to get into broadcasting, what all would ya like to do wit that? so what all do like to do for fun ect. You ever hit up the phili area much?
i have only started with the boxing, my fiance has a punch bag in his gym so i just box away building up a good sweat, its enjoyable! wel i have started new training routine, 5 days a week and this is it now burnin some fat and tonin up!! Woohoo!! wel over here we were celebrating 12th of july so that was good fun, but now i really have to make up for a couple of naughty days eating and drinking. how about you did you do much?
o thats brilliant! i would do the rowing machine every day and a bit of boxing and jump rope before weights, and then walking with the double buggy is HARD work deff works up a good sweat its prob the best cardio ever!! well you certainly do work hard for your body, thats good though that motivates me that you have to work for it and you aren't just born with it!! think i'm gonna start a new weights routine of 4 day split see how that goes. looking forward to the weekend?!
haha yehh i feel sooo guilty if i ever ate fried foods so i'm well off the stuff wouldnt go near it! aw thats good enough then hopefully will start losing weight. i seem to lose inches but gain weight, so i'm hoping its the muscles!! haha! hey keep up the good work you have a lovely body! do you do much cardio?
hey! hows your training going? was just wondering what you think the best type of diet for blosing fat would be? at the minute i think i eat too many grains, i have porridge, tuna in wholegrain bread, brown rice with chicken breast and veg and whey. how does that sound?
