How I Started:
Your probably going to laugh but ... my brother made fun of me for being a "bean pole" I was tall and skinny. That started me and than a girl I asked out answered no because I did not have as good of a body as another kid.
Why I Love It:
I love the gym its like a home away from home. It's a great stress release and I love the feeling of lifting and the anticipation of seeing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by remembering why I even started lifting. Remembering things people said to me and also seeing all the hard work actually pay off. I also find flaws no matter how little they are and aim to fix them.
BB Accomplishments:
When I started lifting I weighed 150 lbs and was around 6 foot tall. I now am 6'2" and 205 lbs with about 9 % body fat.
I took a month break from lifting to deal with some health issues that I had going on. But no worries i'm back ... So now I need to do some major revamping of my body and workout. My goal ... to surpass what I use to be I want to be 215 and shredded with 7% bf. Im currently 200 lbs and 11% bf. Time to live at the gym....

No matter what I do for my back I do not see any gains of more mass. I just lost my camera coming back from school so i'll be trying to get pictures up soon. If anyone has some knock out exercises please let me know I need all that help i can get

With what we see on your back pose and reading your motivation and goals, HUGE & Cut is not far away. Hope you've had a chance to show that girl the changes you've done. Great job so far. Stay motivated. Andre
