Can you see that my upper abs are like a thick horizontal line?.. Not separated there... I don't like it at all.. The pecs vertical line stops there and the abs line starts on the middle abs! What can I do.. I feel more my middle abs burning than my upper abs! HELP!

I was home today and I had nothing to do.. Except chest I tried some chin ups (3x8). However, I did not feel biceps. Only when bunched my legs I felt biceps a little!!! I have to learn chin ups...
