How I Started:
I got started in 2006 when i realized a simple thing... i had a big stomach ... that means 80 kgs... which became 70... a lot of running you see...
I started serious complete program on May 2007 and on August I was 67.
October 07, I'm again 70. And I started whey protein...
November 1, I am 71 Kgs.
November 17, I reached 73. I 'm not sure if this is muscles, or fat... Maybe optimum whey helps...
December 17, I reached 74...
January 20, I reached 75!
From September 07 I work for the improvement of rate upper body:waist... and continue whey protein..

Maybe is it time for focusing on abs again?
January 27: This week was so lazy.. I think that I make 12 weeks workout periods without planning it...
In January I must reach 12 workouts.. Feb little more, March little more than feb, it worked that way on sep oct nov 07.. and on may june july i want to happen the same... Is this logical?
Anyway, 11 workouts on January, 12 On February... March has to be a full month! .....
So: I had 15 workouts in March 08.. I think 15 has to be the number each month from now on... lol
Still 75 Kgs and still 2 scoops per day..
April off. 8 workouts.
28 of May, after a month without gym or whey, I feel that I return slowly.. 74 kgs. One scoop per day.
May 08: 7 workouts. Poor.
One year gym seriously, one year body sculpturing?
June 08: I start Isobolic from 31 of May. 15 workouts. Satisfied. Feeling that I am back.
July 08: I want 15 workouts again. From 5 of July I take 2 scoops even I don't workout. In a new gym with a new program. 11 of July and I am 72 Kgs and I have 5 workouts until now.
The Key now Is Proper Nutrition. I WANT ABS lol. Holidays are coming.
19 of July, I am 71 Kgs and I have 11 workouts until now. Isobolic finished (3-19 of July), I bought another one!!!
December 2008.. Since Summer, I have not workout seriously.. Sometimes 3 days per week, Sometimes none.. Where are the 12 week periods of the last winter?
The old one, I was in it all the Winter.
