If I din´t have a partner I think my training would not be as intense, yet my workout partner is my other half ( my wive ) and we seem to be evolving in to seperate directions

The moment I got one goal down, I set a new one. When I did the 300kgs.+ legpress I decited the next goal would be 350kgs. before long. To-day was a legday, and I was tempted, and of course I fell for the temptation to go for the 350kg.legpress, and then of course keep on with the workout...

Glad to hear it. I'm really happy for you. I read your journal-entry, and 300 kg is just amazing. (: Well, my progress has been rather slow. A very good friend of mine died not too long ago, and I've been really brought down by that. But I'm determined to get back on track as soon as possible. Guess it's life and life only.

Life is treating me great, thank you for asking. I have hit a few new highs but they mostly involve working with my new coouterized leg and it allowing me to push a bit harder for a bit longer. I hope that all is well with you and yours.

Hi Ari! Glad to hearf rom you! Had my first training today with the pro trainer and it went great! When I got home I worked on my tan and then cleaned up around the house. The weather here is unseasonably warm and sunny!
