Working out is fun....Well not blood yet anyway, but sweat and tears....The results might be faster....

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
If I din´t have a partner I think my training would not be as intense, yet my workout partner is my other half ( my wive ) and we seem to be evolving in to seperate directions
Those days I´m trying supersets aka Rocklokridge, Wednesday was chest and back. My aproach was maybe not exsacly as it is in the video Rock made, but due to cirkumstances, I did what I could. The first this deadlock he is holding every thing, traines the forearmes, I´m already doing forarms...

Had my first training today with the pro trainer and it went great! When I got home I worked on my tan and then cleaned up around the house. The weather here is unseasonably warm and sunny!

U r right, life does begin at 50! I have more energy and strength than I did at 20! You will lose the pounds and inches.. it takes a long time to gain weight and get out of shape so it takes just as long to get back in shape. You take it day by day, and you will get to where you want to be!
