Goal (Long):
my goal is to lose 30 lbs and have 3% body fat by April and get 18.0" arms by April. my whole goal for my self is to be 195 lbs of solid shred musc. like to compeate in light weight to start with and go from their. "All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. When I was a child I would look up to Superman and wish that I could be as strong and muscular as him. I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident around women. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 195 pounds, with 3% bodyfat, and be able to do at least 350 on the bench press. I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 18 months!"
