Ive been doing some type of training since I was 15 but not till I hit 21 and college football is when I took it to that next level, and still hungry to improve..

I love working out because you can never be in full domination of the weight room so you can always continue to improve.
I am trying to make my arms like you. I have done excercises 2 days a week for arms. For biceps 4 excer. and For Triceps 5 excerc. Can u tell me how I am improve my arms
