While in afghanistan, we needed to be practically fit, as well as me wanting to look better and feel better about myself........ since then i've become obsessed... or maybe i should say i fell in love with bodybuilding, nutrition, and fitness. I'm currently prepping to step onto a stage for the first time.

Bodybuilding gives me a sense of pride in myself and my work ethic. It instills self discipline in me by my want for perfection spilling over into my life outside of the gym............... I've got this hunger to be HUGE now that seems insatiable.
